1 General Terms & Applicability

Sportybet (operated by bundles.lv) is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the sportybet.lv website and its mobile application.

These Terms are published in both English and Bengali. In the event of any ambiguity or conflict, the English version shall prevail. Sportybet reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account on Sportybet, you must be 18 years of age or older. Providing accurate and truthful information at the time of registration is mandatory. Submitting false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

Each individual may only register one account. Attempting to open multiple accounts under the same person, household, IP address, or device will be considered a violation of these terms.

• After registration, you must complete KYC verification — please submit a copy of your National ID card or passport.
• Keep your account password confidential. Allowing third parties to access your account is prohibited.
• It is the user's responsibility to keep their account information up to date.
• Residents of countries where online betting is prohibited are not permitted to use sportybet.

3 Betting Rules

All types of betting on Sportybet are available both pre-match and live. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled — however, if the cash-out feature is active, you may exit under certain conditions.

The minimum bet amount on Sportybet is BDT 10, and the maximum varies depending on the specific event and market. A maximum of 20 events can be added to a single accumulator.

• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the odds for that bet will be reset to 1.00 and the original stake will be refunded.
• The same rules apply if an event is cancelled due to natural disaster or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Bets placed before an odds change will remain valid at the original odds.
• Sportybet reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were incorrectly displayed due to a technical error.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

• Wagering requirements: Depending on the bonus, a wagering requirement of typically 25x to 30x applies.
• Validity: Most bonuses must be used within 30 days of being issued.
• A single bonus cannot be used simultaneously with: More than one bonus cannot be active at the same time.
• Minimum Odds: Bets placed using a bonus generally require a minimum odds of 1.50.
• Fraud: sportybet reserves the right to cancel bonuses and investigate accounts if bonus abuse is suspected.

5 Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

Sportybet supports multiple payment methods, including mobile banking, bank transfer, debit card, and cryptocurrency. All payments must be made from an account registered in your own name — third-party payments are not accepted.

Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit. This is part of our compliance with international anti-money laundering regulations. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–48 hours.

• Minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Withdrawals over BDT 10,000 may be blocked if KYC verification is not completed.
• Sportybet does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your bank or mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.

• Funds will be seized if evidence of fraudulent activity is found.

6 Responsible Gaming

9 Account Suspension & Closure

• If false information is found during KYC verification.
• If a suspicious or fraudulent transaction is detected.
• Under a legal directive or court order.
• At the user's own request.

10 Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding a betting outcome or payment, please contact our support team first. The support team will generally aim to resolve your issue within 72 hours.

Sportybet's decision shall be considered final. However, in the case of serious disputes, independent arbitration may be sought. All disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of Latvia.

11 Changes to Terms & Conditions

Sportybet reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. For significant changes, registered users will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance.

Continued use of the platform after a notice is issued will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you may close your account and withdraw your balance.
